We are excited to offer In-Person classes at our Pop-Up Studio. Check back frequently as we will be adding more in-person workouts as soon as we get approval to resume vaccinated mask free classes. Love working out at home? No problem, because our in-person classes are also live-streamed to our Virtual Members. Now you can join in-person, live virtually or catch the replay. We've got you covered with our flexible offering of classes so that you can workout anywhere and at any time that fits your schedule.

Cardio Dance Fitness

This high-energy cardio dance workout will make you sweat. You'll learn a fun, choreographed routine that uses music to fuel your movement. Groove, shake and jump your way to fit.

HIIT + Strength & Cardio

This workout utilizes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to blast fat, increase endurance and push you to your MAX! This class incorporates strength and athletic cardio drills that will take your fitness to the next level.

Barre Burn

A total body workout that blends the best of barre exercises, body conditioning and fun cardio sequences to round out the ultimate workout. This class is a perfect combination of strength and flexibility to give you a lean, tone physique and a slim waistline. 

Peak 10 Cardio Interval Burn

This high energy workout combines aerobic moves, cardio kickboxing and athletic drills designed to make you sweat. Get ready to burn mega calories in this music fueled workout!. 

Mat Pilates Sculpt 

Mat Pilates Sculpt utilizes both a classic and modern approach to Pilates. Not only will you focus on your core, you'll strengthen and lengthen your muscles, while working on stability and balance. 

Pure Strength

Get ready to strengthen your entire body from head to toe. This class is for anyone who wants to increase their muscular strength and endurance. Pure strength is for all fitness levels.
