Join Michelle LIVE streaming from her Private Studio 4x per week and experience her unique style of music driven, transformational workouts.

Peak 10 Cardio Strength specifically designed cardio and strength training sequences to help you get the most out of your time.  Alternating periods of metabolic strength sequences followed by a cardio sequence that will build up to an all out Peak intensity blast. What is the PEAK 10 Challenge? And what type of workouts are included in the Program?

PEAK 10 is an 8-week fat loss/weight loss program that uses my unique metabolic circuit training designed to challenge, elevate, and transform your body. I utilize HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) techniques to push you to your limits and maximize results in a short amount of time. I then match the movements to music… music fuels us with energy, sets the tempo, and helps set the pace for fat loss. Not to mention, it makes the time fly by! 

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be in the best shape of your life. Being in top physical condition, feeling confident to tackle life head-on is why I made it my mission to learn everything I could about movement science, fat loss, health, and body transformation. It's why I created Peak 10 and why I want to share it with YOU. 

Is this Program offered anywhere else? Will the workouts be available to download? 

This version of Peak 10 is LIVE. You will have 48-hours to view each class before it goes away. This limited-time frame will help hold you accountable to your fitness while you experience live coaching. You will also have access to the Breakthru with Michelle On-Demand Library, which includes access to Michelle's entire collection of workouts and additional workouts led by her Breakthru Live instructor team. The On-Demand Library is exclusively for Michelle Dozois Fitness members but will be available to you during the 8-week challenge.

What is zoom? Zoom is a free conferencing platform that allows us to work out together simultaneously, no matter where you live in the world.

Do I need to download Zoom to join a meeting? You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting. You will be prompted to download the software once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided. You may also wish to create an account, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting.

What do I need to run zoom? You need reliable internet access to be able to join the live workouts.

Does the Peak 10 Challenge include Nutritional Guidance?

YES! As we all know, nutrition can be the most challenging part of a weight loss program. As a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, I will be providing you with a customized Nutrition Guide based on your eating preferences. You'll also get my 5-Day Reset to help jump-start your results and my Peak 10 Recipes for Fat Loss.

Where do I access the workouts, meal plans, and other Peak 10 Challenge Materials? 

Shortly after registration, you will receive an email with your workout links and important information about the Program, including how to access the information form needed to prepare your nutrition guide.

Can I do this Program on my own schedule?  I know life is busy, and many of us are fitting our workouts around kids, family, and work. You will have 48-hours to complete each training but will have access to the On-demand workouts, which includes many options for more Peak 10 workouts should you miss the 48-hour replay access.

And, while it is ideal to stick as close to the LIVE workout schedule as possible, there is room for some flexibility. If you need to move your rest day around, do what works for you, but just make sure you get all of your workouts in each week. 

What if I am injured, pregnant or do not exercise regularly? 

The Peak 10 program is not for you if you are pregnant, injured, or suffering from chronic joint pain. Please consult your physician before beginning this or any other fitness program. 

Can I download the workouts, or are they live streaming only? 

These workouts are streaming live and available for replay only. You will not be able to download the workouts.

What equipment will I need for these workouts? 

Water and a towel are recommended for every workout. 

Cardio Strength workouts require 2 sets of free weights: 

 -1 set of light weights (5-10lbs for women and 10-15lbs for men) 

 -1 set of heavyweights (10-20lbs for women and 15-25 lbs for men) 

You'll also need a mat. Optional equipment would be a long flat resistance band, mini bands, and a step or chair to use as a platform.
