These all new, specially designed cardio and strength training routines will help you get the most out of your time. Alternating periods of metabolic strength sequences, followed by a cardio sequence, will build up to an all-out PEAK intensity blast. Michelle designed this fourth workout to round out your week of Peak 10 training with a focus on the key muscle groups in your body. Michelle will switch up your Pure Strength workouts every two weeks to help you get the most benefit from your training.

Live Virtual PEAK 10 Workouts will be taught live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 am (PST). Your Pure Strength workout will be taught live every Saturday at 9:30 am (PST).

Can't make the live classes? No problem! Every workout will have 72-hour replays available so you can workout when it's convenient for you.

Our Pre-Challenge Fit Test & Kick-Off meeting on Sunday, September 26th at 9:00 am. Set your intention for the Challenge, while connecting with our positive and supportive community.
