Michelle Dozois, is an internationally recognized fitness expert, former award-winning athlete and creator of multiple top-selling fitness workouts. Michelle has been helping people lose weight, get fit and lead healthier lives for almost 20 years. With her contagious energy, motivating approach and effective programming, she has sold over 4 Million workouts, including “Peak 10”, “Your Body Breakthru”, “Pilates for Dummies“ and the “Original 10 Minute Solution” series.

Michelle’s ability to appeal to a wide audience, from the beginner to the lifetime exerciser, has made her an inspiring and motivating instructor for people of all fitness levels. She was one of the stars of Jenny Craig’s “Fit in 15″ and has created workout videos for both Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. She is also a contributor to numerous consumer magazines such as Fit, Shape, Fitness, and Natural Health, to name but a few.

Where she came from

Born and raised in South Pasadena, California, Michelle started taking gymnastics and dance at the age of five. After performing in national touring shows, Michelle became involved in the world of health and fitness and soon after won gold medals in both the National and World Aerobic Championship. This distinction led to her to become an international presenter, where she has had the privilege of teaching instructors and students in over 20 countries around the world.

In addition to developing cutting-edge fitness routines and programs for the home exerciser, Michelle and her husband, Phil Dozois, opened Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena, CA in early 2009. At Breakthru Fitness they dedicate themselves to offering the best group fitness, personal training, and weight loss programming to exercisers of all abilities. Breakthru Fitness has quickly become the “go-to” club in the Los Angeles area and made LA Weekly’s list of “Top 10 Gyms in Los Angeles”. Breakthru has also been named as a “Best in Pasadena” pick by readers of the Pasadena Weekly. The Dozois’ are in constant demand by other industry professionals throughout the country who want to emulate and offer their unique brand of health and fitness delivery systems.
