There are two main choices for joining the Peak Fit Challenge.

Choice 1

The Complete Peak Fit Challenge:

  • Our pre-Challenge orientation (Sunday, September 25th at 9:00 am). Set your intention and goal for the Challenge with my new Play to Win Workshop. I'll share my step-by-step process to accomplish any goal without feeling like it's a huge struggle.
  • Virtual Peak workouts are taught live every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 am 
  • Pure Strength workouts are taught live every Saturday at 9:30 am
  • Your 1-on-1 assessment to be scheduled during the first week
  • Your 3 follow-up individual sessions scheduled throughout the program
  • Group accountability meetings:
    ➡️ Sunday, October 9th at 9:00 am
    ➡️ Sunday, November 13th at 9:00 am
  • Mid-way motivation meeting (Saturday, October 22nd at 10:30 am): Keep your momentum going - plus, Laura Wells, a plant-based nutrition coach, will share ideas on how to incorporate more plant-based options into your weekly meal rotations.
  • Final wrap-up session (Saturday, November 19th at 10:30 am): You can win prizes and walk away with steps to maintain your results through the holiday season and beyond.
