This is the main workout the entire program was built around. These all new, specially-designed metabolic strength training routines will help you get the most out of your time. Alternating periods of strength and cardio sequences, build up to an all-out PEAK Intensity Blast. Your heart rate will stay elevated throughout the entire workout to help you build strength, stamina and endurance.

Peak Cardio Interval Burn

Variety is the spice of life, and you’ll find lots of it in this all-new, high-energy cardio workout. Using moves from kickboxing, athletic drills, calisthenics, and aerobics, each sequence will build up to an all-out HIIT PEAK Intensity Blast that will boost endurance and help you become MORE Agile, flexible, strong and RESILIENT.

Pure Strength

This fourth workout is designed to round out your week of Peak 10 training with a focus on the key muscle groups in your body. These strength training routines change every two weeks as you progress through the program. Strength training is critical for boosting your metabolism and increasing muscular strength and endurance. You'll get the added benefits of improved balance and posture!

A few things to keep in mind:

  • All workouts are taught live via Zoom. You must download a free Zoom account to your device to join in on the live workouts. Remember, you will have replays for every live class. 
  • This Challenge is designed for experienced exercisers that are free of injuries and joint pain. You will be moving quickly to and from the floor and will perform jumping movements.
