Got mine! I love it. I already had Cardio Interval Burn but like the changes on the one in the PFC with the timer, it helps motivate me! I love everything about these workouts, the pace, the intensity and how I feel when I am doing them..perfect cuing and perfect combo of easy but challenging moves..time just flies by, you really know what you are doing! Praise to you as a fitness expert and a mom. Also, I want to praise you for your candid commentary on autism. I am an SLP (and mom of 3) and know how much dedication it takes to work with a child on the spectrum and do all that you do. Keep it up!

HI Ria,
Thanks for your nice compliments!!! I am thrilled you love the kit and thank you for taking the time to write to me. I sure couldn’t have put this together during the early years of Autism but am grateful my son is more stable and I am able to still put together workouts for the home viewer. These harder workouts really help me keep it all together. Glad to know some other mommies out there need the same thing.

Hi Michelle,
I am very excited about your new DVD set. I was going through the steps to order when the screen for the bonus set of DVDs came up. I don’t want to order it until I know more. What are these DVDs? Are they all new? If we have some of your previous workouts would we already have these? I’ll gladly order more but I just don’t want duplicates. I am excited to start my “challenge”. Thanks so much! Renee

I am on day 5 and love it. So far so good, and the meal plan is really good. Thank you for making it so do-able, it is all spelled out, clearly. I really think I will succeed! Love it!

Hi Michelle,
I am in week three of your program and am loving it. You are a great instructor and motivator! During my workouts I wear a heart rate monitor and have noticed that I am typically above 75% during most of the workout. It is becomming more and more of a struggle to complete the workouts. Do I need to lower my intensity until my body is better fit? Will I still see results if I bring it down a knotch? I would admit that I am not super fit but but I don’t think I am that far gone. I am 45 years old, 5’8″ tall and weigh 155. I am a mother of two boys and work as a preschool teacher so am not sitting at a desk all day. Anyway…just wanted so feed back before I burn out or cause an injury. Thanks for such a great program!

HI rdbradow,

I am so happy you are loving the program. It is not uncommon for your heart rate to be high during this type of training. Pay attention to how you are feeling. Heart rate monitors work off numbers based on averages of people based on age and may or may not be 100% accurate for you. If the workouts are becoming more difficult try lowering the amount of weight you are using until you body adapts a bit more. Just bringing the weight down will take some of the intensity out. Also you could do about 1/2 of the peaks ( 1/2 the time of each) or none at all and take more time during recovery even if you need to pause the DVD player. Listen to your body. You are supposed to be challenged but not feeling worse and worse. Yes you will still see results because it is a challenge for you. All we really want to do is challenge you. You will get stronger so don’t worry about where you are now just focus on the little hurdles, take it slower and when you start feeling like it is getting too easy you know you can go back to heavier weights and more peaks. Hang in there, take it a little slower and you will adapt. Keep me posted on your progress and if lowering the weights makes it more doable for you for now. All the best, Michelle

HI Angela,
As of now they are not shipping to Canada but please put in your request on the http://www.peakfitchallenge.com website. If the initial launch goes well they will start shipping internationally. Keeping fingers crossed.

Renee, I think you are better off right now without them. They are not more Peak workouts ( which are in the plan if all goes well). I am sure they will offer them to customers who have already purchased. Don’t sweat it
